3.How long is the product lead time?
-Sample Order :7-14 Days after receipt of the full payment.
-Stock Order: 10-15days after receipt of the full payment.
-OEM/ODM Order: 65-70 days after receipt of the deposit.

We have pass the ASTM-f963 and EN-71-1,2,3 for the products.We also have our own lab to test the products. Our QA and QC team have the professional process to ensure the quality from raw material to mass production.

6.Does the material environmental? Can you supply FSC material?
Professional and certificated material are beneficially taken since 2008. Every year we send special batch paint to third part lab like TUV intertek to do the testings. We also have our own product safety lab.
We comply with FSC regulations to maintain a sustainable and eco-friendly approach. So it is available to obtain with 10% high cost than the commons.

7.How about the sample policy?
Free samples are available, customer need to pay the cost of courier.
